After some initial difficulties locating my name on the sign, I contacted the operator who was quickly able to point me in the right direction and I was able to meet my driver. Would recommend.
Driver is professional and friendly. Heavy traffic in Ho Chi Minh City is incredible. Only reason for four stars is the meeting point and waiting to be escorted to car from agency. Driver was excellent
