Je peux prendre un ou deux passagers supplémentaires pour ce transfert, sans supplément de prix. Mon véhicule étant une berline et non un Van, je suis donc limité pour les valises ou bagages au delà de deux personnes. N’accepte pas les planches de surf EN FONCTION DU NOMBRE OU DE LA TAILLE DES VALISES, LE CHAUFFEUR PEUT REFUSER DE CHARGER LE VÉHICULE.

The booking experience was very confusing and we ended up with extra bookings, but once that was sorted things went smoothly. Our driver was easy to find, helpful, and courteous and it was a relief to get to our hotel safely and without delays given that it was the middle of the night and we were very tired.
Driver was on time waiting for us. Operator had sent instructions in advance and the driver was easy to find and very professional . Roomy minivan accommodated our luggage easily

Bonjour Dominique, Je ne me rappelle plus hélas cette journée. Si le capitaine n’annule pas la sortie bateau pour cause de mauvais temps, c’est que la sortie peut se faire quand même et donc pas de remboursement ! Si le capitaine annule la sortie, alors là oui bien sûr il y a un remboursement ! Si je ne me trompe pas, c’était un full day et donc à cause du mauvais temps juste pour une activité, ton commentaire subtilement négatif n’est pas très honnête. On a passé 8 heures ensemble et tu es déçu. Et bien franchement c’est bien dommage et quelle mauvaise foi !!!!

The Driver was excellent. Beautiful, clean BMW. He had to wait because our bags were delayed. No problem. Then my husband left his ball cap in his car. I texted him and he returned his cap. Highly recommend this company.
It’s paradise so hard to be grumpy but, I’ll just share these facts and you can ultimately decide. We reserved a private (Mercedes) transfer from the airport to our hotel and had a 5:30 am arrival. We were first asked if it was ok to change our vehicle from the Mercedes to a passenger van (still private and at the same price, because our arrival was “so early”?) and then our driver was at least 20 minutes late picking us up. When you are on a luxury vacation a Mercedes vs passenger van…just aren’t the same! And why you are still more than 20 minutes late - just not sure about that one. That said, our driver was great and friendly and our transfer to the hotel was otherwise without any additional incident. This was a missed opportunity by the company for a 5-star review.
After a long journey, the comfort of this limousine and the welcome from Philippe are nothing but happiness. HE surprised us by passing through a place that was dear to us.

Punctual and funny, he ensured brilliantly our transfer from the airport to the hotel and we had the opportunity to do this sublime tour of the island that Philippe offers all the day!
