Arrived in Lisbon after 15 hr travel. Was told driver would be available in 50 minutes. We ended up not wanting to wait as the kids were exhausted and walked outside where there were dozens of taxis waiting. Get got a large taxi van that fit 5 people and 5 pieces of luggage. Was cheaper and honestly very convenient. Would just take a taxi next time, no real benefit of this service.

Easy to locate the driver at arrivals meeting point. Confirmations were good via email. Driver used What's App to communicate. Smooth comfortable ride to hotel.

Ricardo Cruz was our driver from the Lisbon Airport to our apartment in Lisbon. Ricardo was outstanding. He was always prompt and professional. The vehicle was roomy and clean. After our experience from the airport we booked Roberto from our apartment to the Santa Apolónia train station. Ricardo was waiting for us got us there safe and sound. Lisbon Airport Service did an excellent job. Most importantly, the driver arrived to our hotel on time for our early morning airport pick up. I did not catch his name, as it was 2:30 AM, but the driver was professional and polite. I would highly recommend this service.
