We booked iTaxi Cyprus direct via emails. The emails were answered very promptly, The booking of the taxi for pickup and return was easy, The email explaining how the pickup at the airport worked and where to find the driver this was easy and very straight forward to follow. When we landed the driver was ready and waiting with a name board, The drive to the hotel was excellent, The return driver turned up at the Hotel exactly on time. Both drivers felt very safe, We would highly recommend using this company and we will be using them again.

First time used this company. Great all round service. Excellent communication, with emails answered very quickly. Drivers were reliable, on time and friendly. Would not hesitate to use again and highly recommend this business
Communication was excellent from booking and throughout. Our flight from Cardiff was delayed and when I messaged they got straight back to me saying no problem they would track the flight and be there when we landed. Had a message from driver when we landed where to meet him and he was there. Driver named Mike was really pleasant and a lovely guy. Journey to hotel was really smooth and quick. Same on the return journey driver was waiting outside the hotel for us when we checked out. Overall a first class service will definitely use again on our next visit to Cyprus.
Having read a few very positive reviews I decided to book I Taxis for our return journey from the airport to Protaras. We were collected from the airport by A pleasant chap called Michael who asked us to wait while he fetched his car. Our first disappointment was that it wasn't a luxury car as advertised but a 7 seater mini bus. I didn't get any confirmation of return pick up from the company so sent a message requesting such confirmation which came by text, no problem. It was the return pick up which delivered the greatest disappointment. The driver texted to say he was outside and failed to come into the hotel to help with luggage. Once at the car, a poor quality Kia estate he couldn't get the luggage in the boot as he had a child's seat there. The result was the child seat occupied the passenger seat and three adults were crammed in the back for a 50 mins journey. In conclusion I would not recommend this company.

Regarding your airport pickup, a minivan was provided. This is actually considered an upgrade, which we occasionally offer at no additional cost when availability allows, in order to provide our customers with extra space and comfort. We are sorry if this was not in line with your expectations. As for your return journey, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. We will investigate internally why the driver had a child seat in the vehicle and why he did not contact the office for guidance once he realized that the luggage could not fit properly in the trunk along with the child seat. This matter will be addressed accordingly to prevent similar situations in the future. Great service picked us up no problem saved us lots of time travelling to our hotel on our return the taxi arrived on time the cars were Mercedes which made our journey very comfortable
Great taxi my driver was waiting for us dropped us off.The same on the way back prompt pick dropped off back at larnaca airport the communication was very good from the company arranging my return pick up time I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to everyone
Great service... they sent email conformation with the details one day before pick up, drivers were availble as scheduled, cost was only 60 eur from the airport to Protaras. Recommended.
Mostly recomended The driver was On time and very nice and polite The car had Enough room for all 10 passangers. There was a special boks for all languages (was very good) Smoth driving Absolutly recommend
The communication was amazing, I had regular updates about the cab and they asked follow up questions to make sure dates and times were correct. I changed my pick up time the night before and they answered quickly to confirm. Cars were comfortable and the drivers were friendly and punctual. Would definitely use this service again.
