Nous avons un point de rencontre et une équipe d'accueil à l'aéroport. Une fois arrivé à l'aéroport d'Istanbul, remplissez vos formalités douanières et récupérez vos bagages, veuillez vous rendre à la porte 14 pour sortir du bâtiment de l'aéroport. Sur votre droite, vous verrez le panneau M55. Votre équipe d'accueil vous y attend 7/24. Veuillez informer nos collègues, qui vous assisteront jusqu'à votre véhicule, votre nom et votre code de réservation. En raison des opérations de l'aéroport, votre véhicule viendra vous chercher dans un délai minimum de 10 minutes et maximum de 20 minutes.

We had to wait quite a long time at the airport, but okay, we were in vacation mode. The vehicle was excellent, but the driver dropped us off very hurriedly at the wrong address... and he was gone. We still had no internet, standing with three suitcases in 31-degree heat right in the middle of the action. 25 minutes on foot from our hotel. Despite multiple contacts, there was no assistance provided. We are already back home, and the company has not responded to this day :( You should rather choose another transfer!
