Too expensive for the shared ride to the Airport, but the driver was competent and on time for pickup. So average is what I would give it.
Viator provided EXCELLENT SERVICE11 They were always were there when they said they would be, driver was very courteous, & he drove very safely. I used Viator service in Bonaire - was very pleased - and with the excellent service they provided here - would use them again. It is very comforting to know you have a good & reliable service to depent on.
Finding the location of the shuttle at the Tahiti cruise port was very easy.
Tried to call for picking up time and was unable to reach anyone. Need to call before 5:00 if you would like to speak to someone. Prepaid for airport transfer and ended up calling a cab for fear of the unknown. Had a bad experience with airline missing flights.
Our driver came early which was so welcome as we had a morning flight and I was nervous. It was such a relief to get to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.
Excellent service, driver was actually early to pick us up from the cruise port. He was holding a sign with my name on it so it made it easy to recognize him. The ride back to the airport was quick and smooth.
Although Viator was not willing to make last minute adjustments, the transport company without any hesitations provided accommodations to transport us (3 travelers) a day ahead of schedule due to my miscalculations of our departure date. I am ever so grateful for Tahiti Nui Travel services. I experienced over and above professionalism, patience, and understanding with each and every driver and representative I had encountered!!!!
If you need a cruise ship pickup in Papeete, this is the direct company that your cruise line will be subcontracting to. Prices were $33 per person and kids half-price, instead of $50 per person with the cruise line. Skip the middle man and book with this company; we just got on the same exact long line of waiting buses as everybody else. The taxi's that wait at the cruise port are sharks, there is no way any will do it for less than this.
I was getting worried that I wasn't going to be picked up. Driver was running late. The driver and ride were great after being picked up. All is good 👍
