Driver was friendly, early and helpful. Book ahead if possible because they may not confirm your transfers under 24 hours.
The operator should inform you about the pick up time one day before. I didnt get any feedback how described! After requesting, i got finally an answer 3 hours before departure. Thats absolut not a professional behaviour!
I had email saying 1020. Lucky I went to pay reception 0940 to be ready to go. Guy was waiting for me already.
The transfer was perfect. The driver showed up in the air-conditioned van about 10 minutes ahead of time, so we did not feel rushed at all and we got to take a leisurely ride from our hotel to the airport and then the pier. If your hotel is not listed, click through to one of the options, go to the booking page and the list should be more inclusive. Highly recommend.
Good communication before pickup. They were early to puck us up but were patient as we finished checking out of the resort. Delivered us safely to the Port. Would book again.
Our shared departure transfer went very smoothly and according to the plan. The hotel pick-up and airport drop-off was communicated to our front desk in advance and outsourced to Moorea Explorer in a cozy black minivan. Communication with the tour-operator (Tahiti Nui Travel) was very accurate and timely. We highly recommend this service further.
