Disappointment
The minibus was uncomfortable, the seat belts didn't work well, he made the mandatory stops but nothing noteworthy, the road into Chefchaouen was under construction and he dropped us off at the bottom of the town, even though our accommodation had instructed him to enter through the other road into town, the driver told the accompanying guide that we were loaded down with suitcases, but even so the guide didn't care and left us on the outskirts, on a hill 15 minutes from the accommodation, and with a final staircase with an impossible slope to access with luggage, from the other point we would have walked 6 minutes through normal streets. A very good point is the contact from the offices to arrange the pickup, via WhatsApp and with sufficient advance notice and quick response.

Lamentamos sinceramente que vuestra experiencia haya terminado con una valoración de 2 estrellas, pero consideramos importante aclarar algunos puntos para que la información publicada sea objetiva y no lleve a otros viajeros a una conclusión equivocada. Como vosotros mismos reconocisteis, la zona de vuestro riad estaba en obras y el acceso era especialmente complicado para un autobús de grandes dimensiones. Nuestro conductor y acompañante hicieron todo lo posible para acercaros al máximo y, además, contactaron directamente con el riad para solicitar que alguien saliera a recogeros, algo que finalmente no ocurrió. También debemos recordar que vuestra reserva correspondía a un traslado compartido, no a un servicio privado puerta a puerta, por lo que no siempre es posible acceder directamente hasta cada alojamiento, especialmente en las estrechas y complicadas calles de Chefchaouen. Entendemos perfectamente que la situación pudiera resultar incómoda, pero consideramos injusto atribuir toda la responsabilidad a nuestro equipo cuando hubo circunstancias externas y, además, una falta de colaboración por parte del propio alojamiento. Hemos comprobado personalmente lo ocurrido con nuestro equipo y hemos hecho todo lo posible dentro de las condiciones del servicio contratado. Lamentamos las molestias, pero creemos que una valoración debe reflejar el conjunto de las circunstancias y no únicamente una parte de lo sucedido

Fez to Chefchaouen
Reda drove safely and patiently answered all our questions. We arrived in Chefchaouen without any problems.

Driver 40 minutes late - I don’t recommend this service
We did not have good communication with the provider 3T Travel. The driver did not arrive on time and was in fact 40 minutes late. We sent numerous text messages and called 3 times to the phone number provided. Someone finally picked up on the third call. They hung up the phone and sent a text saying the driver would be there in 10 minutes. The driver didn’t show up for another 20 minutes. The driver was very friendly. Unfortunately we do not speak Arabic so we weren’t able to communicate much with him other than when we stopped and could use our phone for translation. It was not a good experience for the money paid.

Your transfer took place during unexpected, major roadwork along the route, which heavily impacted traffic and caused our driver to fall behind schedule. When you reached out, our team did answer to confirm that the driver was actively caught in this traffic block and advised waiting at the meeting point, as traffic updates were changing by the minute.
Please note that this is a shared transfer which requires a minimum number of passengers to run. Although your booking did not meet that minimum, we chose to operate the service anyway so you wouldn't be stranded or forced to change your plans. We are glad you found our driver friendly, and we appreciate your patience with the road conditions.

Tour to the Blue City
Visit to the very beautiful blue city. An hour with the guide and then free time around the city.
The transfer was excellent thanks to Salah’s guidance and Abdelhadi’s support.
They were very nice and attentive to our needs.

Perfect transfer
Everything was perfect. Really kind drivers/guides (Abdelhadi and Mahfod) who made sure we arive on time and even offered a helpful hand in planning the next transport for our trip. The bus was also spacious and comfortable.

Excellent driver. Travel very quiet and very cared for. I'd repeat it and watch out.

Overall excellent trip
Our guide Abdelhadi is very friendly and takes care of everyone. The diver Salah is very professional. I love this brief but excellent tour and I’ve learned a lot. Thanks a lot for all the organizers involved.
