Our transfer from Vienna to Salzburg was a great way to go. We were lucky to have Jakub, who was easy to communicate with and made sure we were comfortable, safe and happy. We made a few stops along the way that truly made the journey as good as the destination. would use again without hesitation, and I hope we’d be lucky enough to have Jakub as a driver again!
Such an amazing visit to a quaint and beautiful places almost like picture/s from a fairy tale book! Our guide Peter is amazing & very helpful. Very enjoyable trip. Pictures can’t justify the beauty of Melk Abbey, St. Gilgen & DURSTEIN. Wish I can go back.

The experience is not as described. Our driver didn’t share any knowledge of sites and had never traveled to one of our stops. Car was not adequate to hold luggage as described. This trip was basically an Uber driver with 2 stops. Not worth the money. Management didn’t care that the driver didn’t explain not 1 site along the way. Management just said, “that wasn’t their experience”, and in a round about way suggested I was not being truthful, even though I had a family that all said the same thing, the driver didn’t say a word of rich knowledge.

This tour was booked as a Private Scenic Transfer with 4 hours of sightseeing, operated by an English-speaking driver, as clearly stated in the product description. The driver is not a licensed tour guide, but someone who knows the route, speaks English, and is happy to share insights along the way – which is exactly what was delivered. Regarding the vehicle: you booked an MPV for 4 passengers, which per product description accommodates 4 large suitcases and 4 carry-ons. You arrived with 8 large suitcases and 4 additional carry-ons, which was far beyond the declared luggage capacity. Nevertheless, we managed to fit everything safely into the vehicle, and the transfer proceeded without issue. We operate this service daily across Europe and have consistently received 5-star reviews from happy travelers. In this case, all services were delivered exactly as described, and we kindly believe this review does not reflect the reality of the experience provided. We stopped at Durstein and Melk and toured on our way to Salzburg. We had a great driver who was a lot of fun. The trip was relaxing and beautiful landscape.
