We booked an airport transfer spontaneously about 12 hours before our flight. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and entered the wrong arrival time (12:15 instead of 14:15). Shortly afterwards, I booked a second transfer with the correct time and immediately contacted the company to explain the issue and request a cancellation of the incorrect booking. Despite reaching out right after the booking and clearly demonstrating that it was a duplicate, the company showed no intention to help or cancel the first reservation. They simply referred to their 24-hour cancellation policy and refused any form of support or goodwill. This was a very disappointing customer experience, and therefore I will be leaving the lowest possible rating for this company.
