Ride was smooth and safe. Excellent driver. The only issue was that the driver arrived half hour before scheduled pickup. Luckily, we were ready, but warning would have been nice.

Driver was early but waited until we were ready to leave the hotel. Knew his way around the weekends markets which had blocked the direct route to the ship. ood trip.
We were group of 6, and the can was just right to accommodate passengers and our luggage. The tour operator was in constant communication with us. They even picked us up 30mins earlier at our request. Edward, our driver even gave us information about the places we passed by.

My 4-person party (my wife and another couple) used this shuttle service to commute from our hotel in town to the Overseas Cruise Terminal across the Circular Quay from the Sydney Opera House. Driver arrived on time picked us up along with another couple at our hotel and one more couple at another hotel enroute to our destination. There was plenty of room for all passengers and our luggage - noting that everyone had efficiently packed for a 2-week Pacific crossing cruise and a few days in Sydney before our cruise. We arrived a little early at the terminal and were dropped off at the luggage collection area. We had ample time to check our luggage, check in for the cruise, complete our security checks, and board the ship early for lunch. The driver was very helpful and courteous. This was the second time that my party used this shuttle service while in the Sydney area, and the service was excellent both times. I highly recommend this shuttle service for ground transportation transfers to/from the airport, Sydney hotels, and cruise terminals.
Shuttle was on time. Our driver was pleasant, maneuvered through city traffic adeptly and delivered us to the pier safely.
