Ibrahim was amazing! No communication issues with him. There was a hiccup on where we were supposed to go. He was tracking Le Havre on his side and we showed him Honfleur on our tickets. He was able to accommodate with no issues.

Daouda was on time and helped us to begin our time in Honfleur. He also picked us up at cruise terminal and bring us back.

The driver drove too fast. The driver was friendly and helpful, but he dove too fast making the passengers uncomfortable.

Great support and communication. We changed our pickup timeline mid afternoon and had no issues. Even dropped us off at a different location at our request. Great company. Note however, there was plenty of taxi service available and this pre-booked option probably was not needed. It was slightly cheaper than a taxi. On regal Princess, met us right outside the terminal and just 100 yards or so to the waiting car.

Our driver was on time and provided some commentary during the trip. Our driver picked us up on time and even waited a few minutes while we paid our bill at a cafe. On the way back to the ship we needed to stop at a grocery store and he went out of his way to accommodate us.
