- En raison de la nature de cette visite et de la sécurité de tous les invités, le voyagiste se réserve le droit de refuser le service aux passagers en état d'ébriété ou présentant des signes d'ébriété. Si, de ce fait, votre visite est annulée, vous n'aurez droit à aucun remboursement.
- En raison du confort et du poids/équilibre de l'avion, les passagers pesant plus de 300 lb (136 kg ou 21 pierres) devront acheter un siège supplémentaire. Celui-ci est payable directement au voyagiste le jour de la visite.
- Le poids total combiné des passagers (pilote compris) ne peut pas dépasser 1 170 lb (530 kg)
- La capacité maximale est de sept (7) personnes par hélicoptère, plus votre pilote.
- En vertu de la réglementation de la FAA, une pièce d'identité originale avec photo délivrée par le gouvernement, comme un permis de conduire conforme aux exigences REAL-ID ou un passeport valide, est requise pour tous les voyageurs âgés de plus de 18 ans. Les photocopies ou pièces d'identité numériques ne sont pas acceptées. Tout client arrivant sans pièce d'identité originale délivrée par le gouvernement se verra refuser l'enregistrement et aucun remboursement ne sera accordé pour tout client faisant partie de la réservation.
- Un minimum de 4 personnes est requis pour que cette activité ait lieu. Il existe une possibilité d'annulation après confirmation s'il n'y a pas suffisamment de passagers pour répondre aux exigences. Dans ce cas, une alternative ou un remboursement complet vous sera proposé.
- Les sièges d'hélicoptère sont basés sur les limites légales de poids et de centrage et seront attribués après l'enregistrement. Maverick Helicopters ne garantit pas de sièges à côté ou dans la même rangée que le reste du groupe.

We were so lucky to have a handsome interpreter there, and he was very kind to us.
Living in Southern California for twenty years and wanting to go to Catalina Island all the while, I chose the fastest route. Our pilot took me and five other guests to Avalon in eighteen minutes. We even spotted a pod of dolphins. Smooth ride and reasonably priced ($100 more than Catalina flyer for roundtrip). Large windows, moonroof and floor windows gave a panoramic view while flying like a movie star. Twenty minute walk, picturesque to downtown or pre-arrange a golf-cart transfer. Free overnight parking at Maverick private parking lot.

It was not as scary as I thought. It was nice to do this with my family. Super easy to arrive, park and set up.
We have flown multiple times before when it was IEX. We flew round trip from Long Beach to Catalina Island and it was great. But Maverick has since taken over the company. While trying to book online I did come across a generic line item for "fees" that was almost $300 for 4 passengers. This was not the FET tax just a separate line item. I reached out to an online agent but she didn't seem to understand what I was asking. She kept telling me the passenger seat cost varied depending on demand and day. Totally understand but that was not what I was asking. I think we went back and forth with her repeating the same information for about 5 minutes before I literally listed out line by line all the costs. This was very frustrating. Finally she was able to say that this was an island fee and there was some sort of California fee. This was all I wanted to know. I tried to explain that customers want to know what these fees are, especially when it is almost $300 extra in addition to your total costs and that they should include that info (the same way airlines do). She basically told me that I don't have to make the purchase if I don't want to. What? So anyway if you book and you want to know what the fees are they are basically island fees.
Amazing experience from the team and pilot taking care of us. We had such a great trip to Catalina. Our pilot spotted a pod of 100 dolphins and circled to allow us to see them.
