Really great way to start my trip into Auckland. I had arranged transportation from the airport to my hotel. As soon as I landed, I had a message from Jyoti saying she was there waiting for me and where to find her. She was very easy to find holding my name as soon as I exited customs and immigration. She was so friendly and helpful. It was really refreshing to have a female driver too- as a solo female traveler, that doesnt happen often but is very much appreciated. She got me to my hotel quickly and safely. Would highly recommend ths service to anyone in the future!

Tripadvisor took payment and confirmed in email with the confirmed number, date, and time of pickup in Auckland. This company did not show and said I did not answer phone calls from them when I was in the air for the past 17 hours! Had no cars available for at least 2 hours. And declined to refund for "No Service delivered". This is a scam and Tripadvisor has provided no help except to politely tell me to deal with the provider directly (BTW - provider is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tripadvisor.) DO NOT USE SERVICE! I took the airport bus and carted my luggage to the hotel, yuk.

On this occasion, the booking did not include complete flight information, and the contact number provided was not reachable. Our team attempted to contact you via phone and the TripAdvisor messaging system but was unable to connect. Based on the information submitted, our driver was scheduled accordingly. Unfortunately, without updated flight details, we were not aware of any delays. By the time we heard from you, all drivers were already engaged, and we offered the earliest available option. We always aim to go above and beyond, but accurate booking details are essential for us to deliver the service effectively. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Great driver. Our flight was changed to 3 hrs later and he adjusted for us. Nice car, comfortable. Lots of room for our 6-weeks traveling luggage. A good experience.
