Merci de vous tenir prêt(e) à l'extérieur du bâtiment à l'heure prévue pour le ramassage. Le chauffeur vous contactera si nécessaire et vous attendra près de l'entrée de votre lieu de rendez-vous. Après avoir retrouvé votre chauffeur, vous vous rendrez confortablement au port de Civitavecchia, où vous serez déposé directement à votre bateau de croisière grâce à un accès autorisé au port.

Very good communication. They contact you the day before and the day off. Driver showed up early and dropped us off on time. Nice clean van.
I was concerned by the location of our boutique hotel and if a driver would be able to get to us. Joseph, our driver, arrived 15 minutes early and was ready for us as soon as we walked downstairs. Our hotel manager let us know he was outside waiting. He helped with our bags and had a large, comfortable, clean van. He was friendly and knowledgeable as he gave us a various facts about the area. Safe driver. He took us directly to our boat, completely bypassing the large terminal/cruise port. Worth every dime to not be stressed about making it to the exact spot we needed to be and with plenty of time!
