Provider is hard to get hold of. Does not confirm reservation or pickup until last minute and does not reply to messages left on App promptly.
Dear customer, thank you for your comment, but the reservation is automatically confirmed when you make it, and we responded to your messages in a timely manner, However, you made a mistake by booking a hotel where you were not staying, even though the rate was cheaper. You booked the Hotel Riu Guanacaste, but you were staying at the Hotel W Reserva Conchal—that hotel is more than an hour away from the hotel where you requested to be picked up. We arrived to pick you up at the Hotel Riu, and you called us after the agreed-upon time to tell us you were at a different hotel. Thank you for your time.

This was the worst travel experience I have ever had. The woman driver they sent was not able to get the van up the steep hill. The van they sent did not have enough engine power! The woman was trying to drive with the emergency brake on a few times. She said it was her second day on the job. We were almost hit head on and from behind because we were stalled in the middle of the road and kept rolling backwards! My SON had to finally drive the van up the hill and most of the way to the airport. The ad for the company said there would be water on board. Nope! It said there would be Wi-fi on board. Nope! The ad said it could handle 6-9 people with luggage. There were only 6 of us, yet the van did not have the power to ascend the first hill. It should be criminal to send a deficient vehicle and a deficient driver the way this company did!! signed: Karen S Lindsey

I can not say enough good things about our experience with this company. They were super responsive and flexible when we had to unexpectedly reschedule a flight very last minute and even were willing to drive us further to go to a different airport. Our driver was friendly, professional and very accommodating. I never leave reviews but they truly made a travel nightmare less stressful by how much they helped us out.
The driver arranged appropriate pickup time from our hotel based on our flights. He was prompt and professional. The van was clean and spacious. Very wonderful experience.
My driver was friendly kind, and on time. I did like that he was able to offer me any other assistance if I needed with them, I stay of Costa Rica. I did appreciate the fact that he called to confirm pick up location and times. Car was well air-conditioned and definitely offered us to have water to make the ride more comfortable to the hotel.
On time very professional and friendly courtesy bottle of waters were great talking to driver getting good directions and questions answered great travels
Hotel RIU was very nice, the only disappointment was we couldn't use any of the sister RIU property's amenities. The excursions were great and our transportation was always on time
Driver was awesome. He even stopped to see the monkeys for the kids! Polite kind friendly and on time.
