Notre chauffeur professionnel viendra vous chercher directement au terminal des navires de croisière de la Place du Canada et assurera un transfert privé à l'aéroport international de Vancouver (YVR) pour votre départ de vol. Nos services de limousine sont assurés entre l'aéroport de Vancouver et tous les endroits du Grand Vancouver, y compris le centre-ville de Vancouver. Des transferts vers d'autres endroits sont également disponibles sur demande. Veuillez nous contacter pour plus de détails concernant le service à Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Delta, Tsawwassen, Langley, New Westminster et Abbotsford. Lors de la prise en charge, les clients doivent présenter leur billet électronique Viator (mobile ou imprimé) au chauffeur pour vérification. • Il s'agit d'un service de transfert privé. Seul votre groupe participera. • Une heure de ramassage désignée est requise pour tous les ramassages au port de croisière. Vous pouvez spécifier votre heure de prise en charge préférée à la réservation, ou nous recommanderons une heure appropriée en fonction du départ de votre vol. • Le temps d'attente gratuit est jusqu'à 45 minutes de l'heure prévue de prise en charge au terminal de croisière. • Si le client est retardé au-delà de 45 minutes et que nous ne sommes pas en mesure d'entrer en contact, le chauffeur peut être libéré. • Le temps d'attente supplémentaire peut être accordé en fonction de la disponibilité du véhicule, mais il n'est pas inclus dans le tarif Viator et doit être organisé directement avec le fournisseur local. • Procédure de ramassage du terminal de croisière : - Au débarquement, vous devez récupérer vos bagages et passer par les douanes et l'immigration. - Suivez les panneaux indiquant « Limousines, navettes et visites privées (porte D) » et sortez par la porte D, où vous trouverez le stand de répartition des limousines. - Enregistrez-vous auprès du Port Attendant au stand. Indiquez votre nom et indiquez que KJ Limousine Services est votre fournisseur de limousines. - Le préposé au port dépêchera ensuite votre chauffeur de la zone d'attente hors site, et votre véhicule arrivera à la zone de ramassage des passagers dans un délai d'environ 8 à 10 minutes. ⚠️ Veuillez noter : Les procédures au port peuvent être modifiées. Great experience - very easy to book and pickup went smoothly. Met us directly in the cruise terminal with quick delivery to the airport to catch the 12-noon flight out of Vancouver. We were there by 9:30 AM. Had a great, narrated tour of Vancouver along the way - what a bonus !

Excellent and reliable transport. We received enough information prior to pick up with clear directions. We knew exactly where to go and what to do. The shuttle was nice and clean. Big enough for 6 of us with our luggage. The driver was amazing. Very pleasant and happy early in the morning. He was very friendly and informative. The only thing we did not like that because it was a private shuttle, we had to wait a bit, maybe 30min to get the shuttle, even though he was already waiting for us. This has nothing to do with the company, it was a port rule. This is for all the private shuttles.

Super easy to use coming from the Canada Place cruise terminal. The text support was great at informing me of where the driver was, and when I had to adjust my pickup time slightly it was no problem. Our driver was a delight, and had lots of interesting info about Vancouver. He was super helpful. Would definitely use them again!

Reliable and timely with excellent communication on both of our trips from Vancouver airport to our hotel on the waterfront, and then back to the airport from Canada place cruise port. Cars were spacious even for our group of 5 adults and spotless.

Arrived for our transport a bit early actually which was nice but unexpected. Super friendly driver, helped us load our bags and made a nice drive to the airport. Great communication from this service as well!
