Friendly and efficient service. Walking out of Phuket airport, we were greeted by the person in the location given. Then it was just a case of waiting for our driver to collect us. The vehicle was clean and spacious and water was provided. The very welcome airconditioning was great. The driver was friendly and efficient and we made good time. Overall would recommend this service!

Excellent service from Nickie once again! The drivers very prompt, professional and attentive. We had two transfers, the second one was from Khao Lak to Krabi which took just under 3 hours - the driver stopped so we could have a comfort break and buy a drink. Fantastic service!

We used these from the airport to the hotel. Couldn’t fault them. Perfect service from the booking stage through to the hotel drop off. Very quick to respond to all emails day or night, very friendly driver and very helpful. Pick ups were on time every time. From Phuket to Kho Lak was 1200TB for a minibus. Very organised at the airport as well. Highly recommended and we will use all the time we are here. This was Dec 2024

We utilised Nickie’s Transport services on several occasions starting with the airport pick up, we opted for a 5 hour hire, and had a stop for a swim along the way, our driver was fantastic, he was very informative and friendly, made us feel very welcome to Thailand. We organised a couple of last minute trips after that for activities and places we wanted to visit, Nickie had them organised very quickly and without fuss. All the drivers were on time, courteous and looked after us and our gear very well. We would thoroughly recommend Nickie and her team to fellow travellers, you won’t be disappointed!
