I thought someone will be waiting and greeting us with a name plate of my name at the arrival hall. Instead they kept calling me which I was not ready to pay for roaming fee at that point. Then I got messages saying I didn’t tell them where to wait??? That was never mentioned prior that I had to communicate and I won’t know where to meet anyway. We ended up waiting more than 40 mins for the driver to come in to the arrival hall. I don’t appreciate having to wait that long after a long international flight. All the vendor had to do was just wait to greet us in the arrival hall with my name showing as advertised. Plenty of others were doing just that.
This service worked out perfectly. Couldn't be happier. Our flight was delayed, and we had to ask the driver to make an extra stop to pick up the VRBO key. The communication with the service provider was seamless, and the driver was completely accommodating...and he personally escorted us door-to-door. Wow! Highly recommend!

The meeting at the airport was easy & the driver was helpful with all our luggage. There were 8 of us with 8 pieces of luggage & some carry ons too. No problem fitting it all into the van. The driver was pleasant & we felt safe.
