The drop off point was not understood. We had to lug our bags for 1/2 mile. We clearly explained to the driver where we were to be dropped off. Did not really make any effort to understand our instructions and just dropped us off at the Beach!
But if was a beach wath you expect the road ess end we can t drive on the send
We had this transfer booked weeks ago from Napoli Centrale to Sorrento. I talked with the driver and sent my train information. When the last leg of my train was cancelled due to mechanical issues I let the driver know immediately, and as soon as I had my new train booked I gave him that train number and arrival time. He then called me and said I had to pay him €50 in cash due to the driver having to wait. I told him I wanted a receipt and he said no problem. I let him know when I left Roma termini and was on my way to our meeting point and when I got there, nobody was waiting for us. I reached back out and asked where he was and he said he marked us as a no-show due to us being late, despite our constant communication. We ended up having to take a taxi with double rates down to Sorrento because of this and we still haven’t gotten a refund. Do not waste your time with these guys.
Sorry the arrival time was 14:33 than you chanche for 16:00 and don t arrive yet thebdriver wasbinbthe train station from 14:33 afther 2 hour wendon t have any notice from you we recive a message from you arrive at 17:10 we spoke with viator assistance and was enough time waith for one customers you do it this complain because you request a cancellation when thebtrain was cancelled we give you extra time when we don tnhave any notice from you afther 16:00 we declairba no show
Terrible! Was supposed to include a private tour of Pompeii and they just left us there for two hour. We had to pay extra for a guide 150 euros. What a scam. Do not book this tour!
Great way to travel from Naples to Sorrento and a stop in Pompeii is a must!! Could have spent hours wandering!

The driver was waiting when we left the airport and got us to our hotel safely but took calls and was on his phone while driving which is extra harrowing on Italian roads.

Enjoyed the ride. It was a late request so I was really please that my transfer request was still accepted. The driver arrived and sent me status updates prior to his arrival. Ride was smooth. Price was all inclusive and no hidden extras. Overall very pleased with the service. Thanks you.
