Our driver Ogi was right on time and very pleasant. Communication from Echo was very good from reservation process through connection at airport.

all around great
two trips were on time, clean, and efficient. The drivers were polite and helpful. It was an easy way to relax and not worry to get between locations during long travel.

First Trip to Chicago
Rosa was GREAT.Our flight was delayed and she patiently waited for us.She was at the baggage carousel with a sign with our name on it.
Very good driver.We chatted all the way to the hotel like we were old friends.Highly recommended

The Best Service from O'Hare to Downtown Chicago
I can't say enough about Echo Limousine. From the moment I booked online I received excellent service. Messages updates were texted to my phone prior to our arrival, and as soon as we arrived in Chicago we were texted with the name of our driver. We were met at baggage and enjoyed a very pleasant ride to our hotel. We had an unexpected reason to return to the airport four days later and again Echo Limousine was at our service.

Quick and easy
This was a easy and seamless experience. Our flight was delayed but no worries they keep track of that and were at baggage claim waiting for me and my family. Very courteous and professional. Will definitely you them again.

Reliable and Communicative
It was a crazy experience getting through customs at O’Hare but our driver, Michelle, kept in touch and kept us updated as we navigated a very long line at Customs. She timed the pickup once we cleared customs and got our luggage very well. The ride home was smooth and uneventful. A great experience.
