On time, friendly and competent! We have used Viator often for transfers and tours and we have been very pleased.
He was great! Great driver the excellent information about Barcelona. He even shared tips on common expressions and how locals appreciate you trying to speak Spanish. Much more relaxing than finding a taxi.
Dispatcher spoke English but the driver did not. That said, she (the driver) was kind, on time and had a sufficiently large vehicle for our 4 large suitcases.
