OK experience but very confusing, we were there in transit. Food was adequate and very expensive but OMG those guys on the mobility scooters were SO ANNOYING! Will someone please tell them this is not a Formula One racing track and stop beeping those darn horns? If they want us to spend money here, don't chase us away with these annoying noises!

An absolutely seamless experience, making our travel in and out of Kuala Lumpur so easy, especially when travelling with young children. Communication was great from Mikael and we used KL Starex on all 4 of our connections in/out of KL. Transportation was large and extremely comfortable. No question that we will be using on our next visit.
We had connecting flight and layover was at kuala lumpur international airport. Airport was good but after security check there was no washroom. We have to go out and perform security check again.

Solo female traveler - I would give Andrew 10 stars if I could! Andrew was great, he gave me travel tips, made me feel safe, provided two bottles of water, and was a smooth driver. At the end of the journey, I accidentally left ALL my cash sitting on the back seat (I blame jet lag). I only realized once I was checking into my hotel and texted him to come back. He responded immediately, came back, and all my cash was just where I left it. Thank you for being a great person and driver Andrew!

they has constantly intouch on whatsapp and theat was very helpful as that was helpful to know the driver whereabouts. Overall, I had a great experience
