Bus on time. No stress delivery to airport. Luggage loaded for you. Dropped off at airport gate with no issues.
The pickup time is actually 30 minutes before the listed time. While the app does tell you this, it is easy to miss and not mentioned during booking. Missing the shuttle gives no backup option or ability to refund.

Be early! We were told pickup was at noon, but to be there half an hour early. It took us 10 minutes to find the bus stop from our hotel. By 11:45, we were on the bus! After that, it was smooth sailing. They also put heavy carryon bags in the hold.

Prompt at picking us up at our hotel. Plenty of room for luggage and very comfortable seating in the bus.

They don’t tell you that you must transfer to another shuttle at the bus terminal if you have the airport to hotel ticket. Otherwise, cheaper way to travel to city center. Runs on time. Better signage at airport would be helpful to find the bus.

The transfer in Iceland to and from the airport was very smooth and we were able to see a lot of highlights along the way.
I was at the bus stop (#`14) 20 minutes prior to the 8am pick-up time and NO coach bus with logo "Iceland Airport Transfer" (as shown in the Viator advertisement) came. The details pertaining to the Viator details needs to specifically state that "FlyBus - Reykjivick Airport" needs to be clearer.

Pick up was prompt but with no information given. Didn't know we had to switch buses. Got us there on time

I had booked tis ride to the airport several months in advance. They confirmed it and charged my card a day ahead. We were to be picked up at our hotel between 800 830 am. We waited and no bus came. No one contacted us to walk to a bus Stop to be picked up.We had to take a very expensive taxi or we would have missed our flight! I want my money back and an apology!
