Taxi ride from hell. Totally unprofessional driver. I had to wait 30 minutes at the terminal before he showed up wearing dirty tracksuit. On M25 motorway constantly checking his phone messages and not looking at the road. When asked to look at the road, I was told that “don’t worry, we are not going to die!” Had to call the company office to ask them to request the driver to obey the traffic rules! At the end of the journey, he refused to open the boot so that I may get my suitcase. Threw my drink at me. Had to ask for police assistance to be rescued! Thank you London Police. Never ever again using this company.

had a very wonderful experience with Mr. Manea. My flight was delayed 6h and was stranded in the airport another hour because of a security concern. They understood my situation, constantly monitored my flight and were aware of the situation more than i was. They made more than i thought to make sure i will get to my hotel. I encourage everyone to give them a try!!

The service was fantastic! I made the booking over the phone, and the staff were super friendly and patient, answering all my questions and going over the details. I was unfamilliar with anything regarding airports, airport transfers included so I didn't know what to expect or what I was supposed to do. The staff was extremely helpful regarding all of my questions even though I might've asked a little too much. They made sure that every detail was in order so that I wouldn't have any issues with the booking and on top of being informative and helpful, they were friendly as well! The driver was waiting at the airport and contacted me directly so we met up very easily. He was very friendly for the entire journey so it passed in no time! The driver also kept contact with the staff so that they can make sure that we met and that everything is in order. Bottom line, great service with professional and understanding staff. Delivered just as advertised.

The company emails the details of the car and driver beforehand, including the driver's mobile number and vehicle registration. Drivers have always been on time or early and they know the best routes to avoid the traffic (better than Google Maps!)
