The shuttle service was fast, prompt and informative. We enjoyed the service and highly recommend it.

Great experience with the transfer. Be careful getting out of the terminal to the meeting pick up area. There are hordes of timeshare and second-rate tour operators in a large room before after you exit the customs area. Simply walk by them to the exit to get outside and the meeting locations are clearly marked. They had my name on their clipboard and we were off in a new Suburban to our resort. All was excellent!

The Driver didn’t check our flight status and we waited for 45 min after clearing customs . We had paid for a private transfer, I believe with that price they would keep watch on the flight and be on time.

The transport hub is extremely crowded and it is a little difficult to find the driver of your ride.

Reading the great reviews, I was excited to try their transportation. When we arrived, they were not at the place where they told us to be. After waiting about 5-10 minute, I called the company and he sounded surprised to hear we arrived and told us that he will be coming to get us in 5 minutes. He didn’t come for another 10 minute. The driver was not friendly. There was no cold beer as described in the booking description. Threre was an ice chest with cold water. He didn’t even offer any water. When we asked for beer, he was grumpy and just said “we ran out.” He drove very fast and aggressively as he was in a rush. I felt unsafe as I had two toddlers with me. I asked for toddler car seats when booking and they did not even provide that. Did not enjoy their service at all - or there was simply no service other than driving us from the airport to the hotel. We are using them for a round trip so will see how they will be on our way back home. I am just worried that they don’t run late to our meeting scheduled spot again.

They were where they told us to meet them and he was very friendly and helpful. Juan our driver was great. He was friendly and informative. Would highly recommend this transportation company.

Juan was our driver from the Cabo airport to our hotel. He was extremely friendly, punctial, knowledgeable, and had beer and waters ready for us. I will definitely be requesting him on my next trip to Cabo. Juan is the best!

The trip was good. No issues. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport and had cold drinks for us in the van. I would recommend to anyone.

Great service and great people. Clean car. Cold water and beer. I will be using them anytime I visit and may use them to go into town or for a city tour. Do not hesitate to book with them.

When he announced my name because I wasn't in the right area. He was very nice and asked when we were leaving and said what time to be picked up for flight home.
