We booked this service after a cruise. The driver was on time and helpful with luggage. It was nice not to worry about transport to our hotel!
Driver (Kevin) was at the terminal waiting fir us at the assigned time. Having made the booking; we did not have to wait in line fir a taxi, which could gave taken at least an hour. Kevin dropped us off directly outside our hotel and assisted my wife with her luggage.

Our driver was waiting for us as we exited baggage claim. He had texted me with his description so we could easily find him. The transfer was very smooth and efficient. This was so valuable after flying to Barcelona from the US and being very tired upon arrival.
