My husband and I were picked up from our Anaheim hotel, driven to the Citadel Outlets where we were greeted warmly by the Guest Services staff and had our luggage stored for the afternoon, also having included use of the VIP Lounge while we shopped. We were then picked up several hours later and driven to LAX for our flight home to Australia. It was the most enjoyable , special way to spend our last day of our holiday . Our drivers were courteous and punctual and this was a wonderful addition to end our holiday. This tour was sourced by our travel agent and was much more economical than an independent airport transfer. We would highly recommend this experience.

First class service from pick up to drop off, I think the drivers name was Reggie and he was very engaging when needed and to quiet when needed, which is a quality you don't see in drivers anymore. I would recommend Karmel all day everyday!!

Both times our pre-booked service was “cancelled” and we had to re-pay for the exact same service. Very poor and rude customer service / dispatch. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
We are so sorry to hear about your negative experience. Upon further investigation, we discovered that another member of the party called us to cancel the reservation...not the person (Michelle) writing this review.
There were 10 of us, so we booked 2 shuttles of 5 each. Both shuttles arrived right on time. For some reason, the shuttle held 10, but they still sent 2 shuttles and made one of them go pick up 3 others, which meant a lot of driving around as the incorrect address had been given to the driver for the second pickup. Arrived at the airport in plenty of time for our flight. Karmel had told us the pickup time, based on our flight. Driver was excellent and friendly - really lovely. I would use Karmel again.
