I'm glad I booked their service. My flight from Lima to Cusco was first cancelled, and changed to a very late one, which was then delayed. With all the changes, their service proved to be very reliable. Their response was very quick each time I informed them about the change. We went to the Palccoyo Mountain. The equivalent of Vinicunca but far more easier. You have to walk approximately 40 minutes (with pictures 1h). I would not say its easy but definitely it worths it. Regarding the agency, I found the tour on internet and got in touch with Jorge aquino and we could already book from France. This made our life easier. I found the price quite good because everything was settle. I did not have to pay any soles more ! Thank you.
