Driver arrived at hotel ahead of scheduled pick up time, and took the initiative to come find us at the hotel lounge, which was on the third floor. Vehicle was what we expected/hoped for, which needed to accommodate the four of us travelers, plus 8 suitcases. Well Done!

Car was too small for 4 people with luggage! I had reserved a van and a taxi driver with a hatchback type vehicle showed up. One person had to hold a piece of luggage. Driver smelled and car was dirty and unsafe for 4 people. This was not acceptable and unusual for the service I have always gotten from Viator.

Driver was excellent and very kind. He helped with our luggage. The day was very rainy. He got us there in no time. I would recommend! The actually came into the hotel to get our bags.
