I purchased the booking the night before via viator website and they were able pick me up at 9:00 am from my Cusco hotel and get me to the airport. After purchasing the booking, I did contact the tour operator via Viator to confirm that I want to be picked up at 9 am and they return a message at 8am the next day confirming the pickup time. Everything was smooth. Would recommend and use again.
Communication the night before was great , providing drivers name and exact time of pick up. Driver and guide provided also were friendly and on time . Nice new van , all up would highly recommend.
A driver and guide came to pick me up right on time. The guide checked me in for my flight. At the airport she came in with me . Made sure my luggage was checked and I had a boarding pass. She directed me to security. She and the driver were great.
