Premier arrêt après le débarquement est à Migration, après avoir passé la migration, vous irez à la zone de récupération des bagages, une fois que vous avez vos bagages, vous passerez à la zone douanière, après avoir passé la douane, vous devez quitter l'aéroport. Après la douane, vous passerez devant trois chambres remplies de vendeurs qui vont essayer de vous arrêter, s'il vous plaît ignorez-les et continuez simplement à marcher vers la porte de sortie, une fois que vous dégagez cette zone, s'il vous plaît sortir de l'aéroport sur votre côté droit. À l'extérieur du bâtiment en face de vous, il y a la zone de stationnement, avec des nuances avec des numéros dessus, s'il vous plaît juste chercher la nuance #7 ici vous trouverez le représentant de l'aéroport qui vous attend. La prise en charge de l'hôtel à l'aéroport sera l'horaire en fonction de l'emplacement de votre hôtel et le départ du vol.

Luis was great! Book directly with them though, as companies change an up charge for some of the hotel transfers and I had to pay the difference when being dropped up for the flight home.
Luis, our driver to hotel and back to airport was awesome! He is the owner of BellaTerra. The only disappointing thing was the trip was an extra $50 after what was paid through VIATOR due to the location. Just place all the hotels on the list of options and have us pay the total all at once, it was kind of a pain to worry about it at the airport drop off.
Dear Tina, thank you for your comments, and we do understand the problem is to have to worry about it, unfortunately the platform as it currently is, wont let us put the hotels with pricing, that will be the perfect solution and not to have the client trying to figure it out what zone your hotel is located at. We know you are not familiar with the area and that can represent a problem, we try to make the information as clear as possible but still a problem when you are not familiar with the area, hopefully in a near future we will be able to put all hotels with the pricing specifying per hotel not per zone, as it is at this time. Our driver Luis Rodriguez was friendly, on time, and drove very excellent and was a careful driver. We would definitely hire him and his company bellaterra again. The rate was excellent!

Can I give it zero stars! I'm less than 24 hours from arrival and I get a text directly from the operator asking for us to pay an extra $50 because our hotel is outside the zone. Our hotel, Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas, is 45 min away, well within the distance of 1 hour and 15 min. Also within the Cabo San Lucas distance of 45 - 60 minutes. Also, listed as one of the hotels within their zone of hotels! This is an absolute scam! I contacted Viator and when they refunded me $50 so I could pay that in cash, this operator canceled the reservation. Unfortunately, Viator could do nothing else to help us with a ride less than 24 hours before we land in Cabo. That said do your self a favor and absolutely do not book these scam artists!
We do not provide the service as it was explained to you, the booking / reservation you made was for San Jose del Cabo area and your hotel it is located in Cabo San Lucas area, there is about 20 mile distance difference between the 2 towns and of course there is a price difference. We do like to provide service to our clients, but we do not like to receive threats of making a charge back after providing the service or as you again mentioned here, we are scams, which we are not, I tried to explain to you, the difference between San Jose and San Lucas but it was not possible trying to talk to you, we reserve the right to provide service, to customers to give us the same respect we are giving, in the booking information we are very clear in WHAT TO EXPECT - reads: Los Cabos transportation options are divided in 4 different areas, when booking your service see the direction or your hotel location and make sure you are choosing the right transportation option based on your hotel. Below you will find the hotel zones and hotel names pointed to the right hotel zone option... and then are the Zones and some examples of Hotels belonging to that zone area. Again you booked San Jose and you were expecting us to take to San Lucas with the same price and when I explained that, I received a lot of rudeness and bad words, calling me names, and you decided not to pay and cancel the booking, we do not cancel it you did.

I have traveled all over the world and used different shuttles. Let me start by saying they don't communicate at all about pick up and drop off. I called them day before we left the resort for pick up to the airport. Our flight boards at 10:10am with 10:55am departure and the lady told me the shuttle would arrive at 9:35am. To my surprise I told her NO we need to be picked up no later than 8am because we have to get through security. She told me she would email them and someone would reach out to me. No have and I spent $200 plus American dollars. I will highly recommend anyone with a family or solo to never ever use this worthless company.
Dear Yonas, hotel pick up and service it is scheduled according to the information we received, and as per information received you mentioned departing on a flight leaving at 12:35 pm and taking that information into consideration is that we assign hotel pick up. We sent you this information on August 27 and never received a reply or change from you until the departure date. This is the information we sent "Dear Yonas, Welcome to Los Cabos!! Hope you are having a great time! Your scheduled pick-up time for departure will be at 9:35 AM at the bellboy booth of Garza Blanca on August 30th. Please ensure you are ready with your luggage and completed hotel check-out. The pick-up time has been carefully planned, taking into account distance, traffic, and there is a construction going on in the highway that is causing traffic and delays to get to airport. For international flights, airlines request that passengers arrive at least 2 hours prior to departure. Should any changes be necessary, we kindly ask that they be made at least 1 day in advance by 2:00 PM. If you have any questions or comments, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Booking was canceled day before trip. Then it takes 7-10 business days to get a refund and try to find last minute transportation to pay double the price. Very inconsiderate which inconvenience us.

Sorry for the inconvenience but we tried for more than 10 days to get a response from you with no answer, we advised you that the reservation was for a hotel in San Jose del Cabo, and the information you sent was for a Hotel in Cabo San Lucas, that there was a rate difference, as there are two different towns with more than 30 minutes difference apart, and we do not received a response, we advised you with plenty of time, and tried several times by email and message, with no response, the reason why the service was cancelled, as we do not have guarantee from you that the rate difference will be paid, but again we advised you with plenty of time and as of today no response was received.
Prompt and very nice. Van was very clean. Driver was very professional and we would use this service again
I purchased roundtrip and as of yet, I have not received confirmation for pickup. I leave this morning.
