Service partagé, transfert aller-retour de l'aéroport international de Mazatlán à l'hôtel dans la zone hôtelière. Le jour d'arrivée : l'heure de prise en charge pour le transfert dépendra de l'heure d'arrivée du vol. À votre arrivée, veuillez vous rendre dans le hall de l'aéroport pour identifier l'opérateur. Le personnel porte un uniforme t-shirt orange et un pantalon beige, adressez-vous à eux et mentionnez votre réservation de transfert. Pour votre transfert de départ, vous devez coordonner avec le personnel l'heure à laquelle il viendra vous chercher à l'hôtel où vous séjournez à Mazatán. N'oubliez pas que vous devez être à l'aéroport 2 heures avant pour présenter vos documents. Remarque : le transfert en service partagé s'applique uniquement aux hôtels des régions de Dorada et d'Emerald Bay. Si votre logement se situe en dehors de ces zones ou dans une maison privée à l'intérieur de la ville, le service ne sera pas fourni. 1 valise de 20 kg autorisée par passager, un supplément sera facturé si vous transportez plus de bagages.

Temps d'attente 20 minutes. Le jour du départ, l'opérateur viendra vous chercher à votre hôtel à Mazatlán 3 heures avant le départ du vol. Vérifiez auprès de l'opérateur votre heure de prise en charge. Important: Le transfert s'applique uniquement à la zone hôtelière de Mazatlán (HÔTELS UNIQUEMENT), ne s'applique pas aux appartements ou aux copropriétés. 1 valise de 20 kg autorisée par passager, un supplément sera facturé si vous transportez plus de bagages.

I must say, I’m impressed! I was skeptical at first due to the limited number of reviews and was honestly a bit nervous. With a 3 a.m. flight and not speaking Spanish, I kept asking for confirmation—I’m sure I was a bit annoying, lol! But they did not disappoint. The service is managed by SycTravel, Pronatours, and local taxis—all very friendly and bilingual. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Viator stated they could not provide service. I canceled but have not received refund. Viator kept sending information as if service was going to be provided. No communication from viator

They picked us up at the airport right on time, they notified us few days before our trip to let us know how to find them. They made it a very easy trip.

Excellent city to visit and the food was great! Lots of sites to see and plenty of areas to walk along the beach. Need to go to city center and experience that first hand. Will definitely go back!

Everything went smoothly. A representative from the transportation service (Pronatours) was in the airport lobby to greet me upon arrival and led me to the van driver who took me to the hotel. I recommend using this transfer service.

Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and the tour company ppl still had someone at airport to pick us up without any delay and get us to hotel and also arrange a time to pick us up at the end of our stay. No worries. Get service

Excellent service! The guide was waiting for me at the airport when I got there, took me to the hotel and back when my trip came to a end. they were on time! I will be booking again. Thanks again for the safe trip back and forth! Mazatlan is the most underrated vacation spot, I will be back 😍 the price in June was fair! Basically the same as a taxi except it came with a ease on the mind of getting back to the airport. The company will send messages, reminders. Professional service.
