Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our travel from the airport took 45 minutes and we had to wait maybe 10 minute's before driver picked us up. But I did appreciate when I walked outside the airport someone was outside holding a sign with our name on it.

I wouldn't use Viator again. Bad experience, would not use for my next vacation. Hopefully I get picked up ontime when Ieave the resort!

Carlos was on time, answered all questions we had and was very kind. Alittle expensive but since this was only our second time to Jamaica we wanted to make sure we were safe. Highly recommended!
