Excellent service and kind. Very promoted and easy to communicate with. We left behind an item and even though it wasn’t on their van, they still gave an effort to assist us.

Driver was on time, friendly and helpful. Van was clean and air conditioned which was awesome and got us to our accommodation in great time. Highly recommend this service.
Driver was unfriendly and demanded tips for a massively overpriced service anyway (taxi costs much less)

After a long flight I found our driver easily at the designated meeting point holding a placard with my name. The car was waiting right out the front, very happy with the service.

We arranged for the private airport transfer in advance. We had to search around for about 20 minutes to find the guy with the sign with our names on it, and drag our bags about 200 yards over bumpy terrain to get to the van. You'd think this could be better organized to leave a better impression on arriving visitors. The van drove very slowly to the hotel ... we were delayed and tired after a long day of traveling, and were disappointed with this part of the process. On arrival to the hotel, the driver helped unload the bags from the van and then took off.

Please allow us to make the clarification information for Samui International Airport, there are two places for customers' waiting areas: first place is inside where is for the airport limousine and some of hotels' customers, another place is "meeting point" where we can meet the customers and they have to walk up to meet our driver here. Customers always get confused on the pick up point that why we have to send the airport map before their arrival date. With your case, you were waiting inside where our driver can not get inside please. Regarding the slow driving, please do not give us wrong with this point because it is absolutely for your safety. Although we missed the request for our flight details as we were in mid - flight at the time, we were only kept waiting for 20 minutes at pick up so all good. In future I would offer my flight details well before my trip to avoid any delay. I am sure if we had done this we would have been collected promptly and I would still recommend this company. It was just miscommunication
