Can be daunting traveling into an unknown country, however the experience was seamless. Great service eand would highly recommend.
Great transfer. In contact before my flight touched down. They gave me good directions where to meet once at the airport. Download Whatsapp before you arrive.
Our driver was nice, but spoke very,very little English. He was about 20 minutes late and there was no water or WiFi. If it hadn’t have been for the young ladies outside the airport, I am not sure if we would have found our driver.

The transfer never showed up. Yes, our flight was delayed 1 1/2 hours but you would think the transfer company would check that. Had to take a cab to our hotel.
Not good. The driver was going very fast and the car was very old making noise very uncomfortable. And the driver was driving a stick manual like he's driving a race car. The whole car was jerking. Please ask for a newer van and a driver who drives slow and safely and if possible The car with automatic transmission and not a stick manual. Since this is a long ride, we got nauseous and a bit sick in the car. Thank you.
The service was terrible, the vehicle was real old, all the signal lights at the dashboard was on, the alert of low gas levels low, breaks on, engine on, the suspension was broken or something like that because every time when pas a pothole the car was cracking, the length of our travel will be for around 1-1/4 hr. imagen what was the reaction. The driver arrive 30 minutes late on the return day, and he try to recover the time driving real fast 150 km/hr till I say please drive safely and slow to the speed limit 80 km/hr. I can’t recommend this company at all.

We booked a round trip private transport from the punta Cana airport to La Romana. The day we arrived to the airport, we had to wait a very long time for our driver however we were able to get a driver and we arrived at our destination safely. By the way, these transfers (ours at least) did not have water. The day we were leaving our driver (he did not speak any English) included 2 other people which should not have happened! I advised the driver (with a translator) we have a private transport so no one else should be with us and he told us 2 other people are coming and walked away from the van we were in and went to wait for them in the lobby. I requested half of a refund and was rejected. I was then text messaged almost immediately why did I request a refund and when I explained the situation, my messages were left on read and I still do not have half my refund. “Customer service” has not been helpful. The next trip we take to Punta Cana we will not use this service again. Whatever you do, please do not use this company and look elsewhere for transportation.
Well everything was seamless until the day we left. Driver was late and I confirmed the day before. I kept calling the rep and he didn’t answer until I told him I was going to call Viator to get my money back…..all of a sudden my driver was there a half hour late….my flight was at 12 and I didn’t make it to the airport until 10:30…..I’ll never use this service again. You get what you pay for. No water either.
