Great experience with this airport transfer from our hotel to the Budapest Airport. Company verified pickup date, time and location. Driver was waiting for us when we exited the hotel and loaded our bags into a luxury Mercedes-Benz van. Our driver was friendly and courteous, and got us to the airport in comfort and safety. Five stars!

Surprisingly simple and easy. Our flight landed. We walked through immigration and customs to the terminal exit. We were greeted by Valentin, who was holding an iPad with our name. He politely helped with our luggage and guided us to a Mercedes van and carefully delivered us to our hotel. It was an excellent experience.

I arranged an airport transfer in Budapest through the hotel where I would be staying, and Sweet Travel Private Tours was the provider handling my airport transfer. I was impressed that they reached out to me via email, letting me know where/how to locate my driver, and their contact information in case I needed to reach them. It's always reassuring when I arrive into a foreign destination and my driver is waiting for me, especially when I'm exhausted from an overnight, long-haul flight. My driver was waiting in the Arrivals hall when I arrived. He assisted me with my luggage and was both personable--answering my many questions about Hungary--and professional in his behavior. His driving skills were smooth, and I never felt unsafe. As a travel advisor, I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Sweet Travel Private Tours. Everything was easy and hassle-free. Our luggage did not arrive with us and our driver was so nice to wait while we figured out how to make arrangements for the luggage to be brought to us later.
