Leading up to the trip, I sent the booking agent numerous messages that never got a response. When we landed in Nassau on time, there was no driver there to pick us up and we had to get a taxi. There were some very helpful gentleman at the airport who tried calling the transportation service for us, but they didnt answer their phone. So not only have I paid into this scam thinking that I would have a ride from the airport to my hotel, but I also paid a taxi. I booked this service 2 months ahead of our trip.
Was great. We were slightly delayed but able to text and confirm our arrival time
Shuttle driver John was great and texted me from the moment I landed thru WhatsApp. The only reason I gave it 4 out-of-town 5 was because the van was pretty run down on the inside. Otherwise John was great!
It got the job done and was a reasonable price. The drivers were very friendly. But I wish they had a little better communication and the van was older
Sent the company several messages and phone calls without responses to understand when we would be picked up from the Baha Mar to go the airport for the return flight. Then the company finally sends an Island Tours van that should be off the road. I sent this note to them on my way to the airport. "The van you sent is dirty with no seat belts and one of my family members just got stuck by a sharp object luckily he is not bleeding. I will be posting this to Viator customer service. " I received no response so as promised here it is. All I can say is pray that they sublet your ride out to Terrell with the Brown hat.
When we arrived there was no one there from Viator to greet us or help us Another agency had to help us find out how to contact our driver
Our Flight landed 10 minutes late and the car service told us that our flight was late and customs took too long so we have to wait 20-25 minutes for pickup( total BS). Customs took 1 hour and they should know how long it takes. Our hotel front desk told us customs normally takes 1 to 2 hours. Paid for private transfer for up to 4 ppl so didn’t expect to get picked up in a a dirty 10 passenger van either. In hindsight we wish we had used the hotel shuttle or just get a cab at the airport when you arrive and don’t pre-book a shady taxi company on Viator.
The van was so dirty and disgusting. The dirt on the windows was so old it was baked on. The seat buckles were ripped out. Locks were broken. It was kinda scary
They were waiting for our arrival and kept us updated at all times :) driver was awesome ! Would definitely use them again !
