No issues. Service was on time and driver was friendly and courteous. Would use this company again....

The hotel is beautiful. I am a H10 privilege member and it was my first time visiting that property. The only issue is that the property is not close to anything. The beach was very small and rocky and had crabs in the sand. (which I didn't mind). There were no vender stands on the beach to shop. The food was mediocre. I stayed for 7nights and booked three rooms. Only one was a privilege room in the privilege building and my room and the other room was not in the privilege building. I tried to sort it out but they would not give me a privilege room even though I was a member. The music shows were good. The entertainment was fun at the pool and at night. I visited the casino and I made out pretty well. However this is probably the one and only time I will stay there only because of the location.

Richard was the best he made sure we was safe and was very informative. We forgot a bag in the car n he brought back to us in the airport with no hassle. Great person. Thanks

Inclusive island tours is amazing. Richard was the absolute best.He made us feel like family and was a total full service driver and was always on time.he guided us during our trip and we used him for all trips off resort because he was so good. ..he walks you through everything and makes sure you are taken care of. he knows all the best shops and helps you with ticket buying and dealing with any and everything.i will definitely be using him anytime on the island and would strongly recommend Richard to anyone

This guy's are simply the best. They were on time at the airport waiting for us with the sign when we arrived. We even arranged a last minute full day excursion and the driver was willing to accommodate. Very ez and fun, asking us if every body was comfortable the whole time. He even took us on a detour after our full day of excursion to a local restaurant which was delicious. Showed up at the hotels before time to take us back to the airport. I mean hands down they are simply the best!

We had the luxury of having Richard and Mario drive for us during our stay in Montego Bay. First Richard is fantastic, it was my boyfriends 40th birthday and Richard had champagne waiting for us upon arrival. Amazing! Then we had a fun time with Mario riding through Montego Bay and learning alot of the history. Lastly we appreciate Richard's patience and hospitality on our departure date. Our flight got delayed and he accommodated us with no problem and getting us to the airport in timely fashion. I cant wait to go back and visit them again and use their car service. Thank you for everything!

Richard was so kind and very informative on the sights on the way to our resort. He was on time for pick up and drop off.
