It was absolutely perfect! The driver was on time, easy to find, so friendly, and got us to the hotel so easily! Would definitely recommend!
We had a late night arrival at Haneda and arranged for meet up at the airport. The driver Pierre was waiting for us at the arrivals hall and made it so easy to transit the airport and get to the hotel on a very rainy night. We so appreciated the service and assistance with our luggage. Highly recommend this company and will use them again when we return.
Our driver was awesome, he knew that we had a connecting flight that was time dependent he was very quick and focused on our need to be at our next airport. We were very grateful appreciative for our driver and the services
Our flights were delayed to arrive the Narita Airport in Tokyo for about an hour. I was managed to contact Viator's help line through WhatSapp and the support desk in turn managed to relay the messages to the driver. The driver acknowledged and texted me back to wait for us at the airport until we arrived.
The business was great to work with. They communicated very well. Unfortunately our airline changed everything. I asked for a partial refund but rules are rules. Even if it was a little bit. Our delay was not our fault. Unfortunately I will utilize another service next time that is not so greedy.
Tomo was great! We arrived @ NRT after a slight delay and he was still there waiting for us. We had some trouble finding each other at the arrivals terminal but totally not on Tomo! The car was clean and spacious. We were able to sit back and relax on the drive to the hotel. Would absolutely recommend if you are bringing luggage with you (traveling with large luggage on a train is not fun!) We would use this service again on future trips to Japan.
After our 14 hour flight we were greeted by a friendly smile to guide us to our car & driver. Would use this service again & highly recommend!

Very friendly driver! Comfortable van and good customer service. Driver was on time and it wasn’t difficult settling up the ride.
I made reservation and paid directly on HireTaxiJapan's website. The price is very reasonable for a private van large enough for my family of 9 with 10 luggages directly from Narita airport to our hotel in Yokohama. We were email with our driver's contact info 24-hr before our arrival as expected. Our driver, Tai, proactively send message to us via WhatsApp to update on when he will arrive at the airport to wait for us. We paid an extra 3000 yen for airport greeting. Tai greeted us right outside the baggage claim and custom area holding a sign with my name on it. Then it was just a short walk upstairs to the parking garage where his van was parked. Tai was very friendly. He speaks English very well and was able to answered many of our questions regarding our Japan trip. He was a careful and safe driver. His van is very clean and comfortable. We would definitely book with HireTaxiJapan and request for Tai again next time we visit Japan.
