Driver was not fluent in English, even though we specified English speaking. Dropped us off at Circus Circus at the casino and it took us 10 minutes to walk to the other side for check-in instead of dropping us off at check-in. We had one passenger in a wheelchair and all of our luggage to carry through the whole building.

Robert was awesome! He was very clear on directions and engaged as soon as we got to Vegas. The vehicle was clean, we had ice cold water and Robert was very pleasant to chat with and even offered some stops for provisions on the way to save us from “the strip” prices. Highly recommend and will use them again!

This is a good alternative to Uber. The price is comparable. Contacted the provider 2 days before to confirm. I was provided the number of the driver a day before. My flight was from Mexico to Vegas. I was told that clearing custom will take a while. So though my flight was scheduled to land at 205pm, they have arranged for pick up at 4pm. However, we cleared immigration by 245pm. Called the driver (Robert) and he managed to come within 10mins. Greatly appreciated.

Extremely easy to book and our driver, Max, was outstanding for transportation from the airport to our hotel!!!

The driver was not very friendly, there was supposed to be complimentary water, we were not offered water and when we asked the only water they had to provide was as hot as it was outside.

My flight was cancelled , notified Company! Unable to reschedule. No refund! Called when I arrived to airport was told no availability for 1 person!!! Took a cab

while i gave a rave review four days ago being picked up from the airport, the pick up from the hotel to return us to the airport wasn’t great. i’d received a text after midnight advising who my driver would be. after the time for the pickup arrived i contacted the company because we didn’t have a driver/car they sent another driver to transfer to the airport. the new driver was pleasant and told us the driver had friday and were supposed to have today was no longer with the company. if i hadn’t contacted the company were they going to send another driver?? when people have to catch flights time is of the essence they are relying on and trusting the company to get them there in a timely manner. this transfer should have been handled better.
