【Voiture privée】Lac Toya et Vallée de l'Enfer de Noboribetsu au départ de Sapporo

The car was clean, quiet and comfortable. The driver/guide Orie was a good driver, friendly and meticulous. The only issue of the trip was it being a rainy day.

Our tour guide Masaru Tanetani was absolutely fantastic. A Hokkaido local, you could really tell how much he loved and respected the region. Each stop along the tour was special in its own way, and together the whole trip made for the perfect snapshot of Hokkaido's true beauty. 100% recommend the tour, and we hope to return to book another!

Our driver was Koichi. Despite terrible winds and rain throughout the day (we got unlucky with the weather) we had a wonderful time! It was all due to Koichi being incredibly accommodating and understanding of our requests. He customized our trip along the way, showing an incredible understanding of the area and its shops that he used to make this an incredibly comfortable trip for us. He took us to a great curry place for a hearty lunch (even as we had dietary restrictions), a fantastic local whiskey tasting spot afterwards for some warmth, and a shopping centre in between for us to purchase sweaters (it was much colder than we had anticipated). The drive and destinations were beautiful, especially the rolling hills and continuous greenery between them. Even with the constant rain, we really appreciated the natural beauty. I can only imagine how lovely it would be if blessed with decent weather 😁

Tommy San was a great guide! We enjoyed the trip a lot. Our 1 year old son made became very fond of Tommy San because of his helpful nature!

We booked this at the last minute, yet the tour exceeded our expectations. Private driver Tomi-san was very attentive to our needs during the long drives between spots, making sure we are updated and comfortable throughout. We were pleasantly surprised by his suggestions for some off the itinerary side trips to a temple and a nice picturesque Gelato shop, when he sensed that the weather was not good to follow the planned sights at Cape Chikyu. I'd recommend this day trip for any group of 2 or 3 coming to Sapporo.

This private tour was excellent. Our driver & guide “Tomi” was welcoming and professional. Although his English was limited, we communicated well with language translation software on our cell phones. All the places on the tour were beautiful and worth stopping for scenic photos. We had lunch at a recommended Japanese restaurant; the seafood and vegetable tempura were delicious. We definitely recommend this tour!

Kouichi was an excellent guide. He was delightful. He did not speak English but readily communicated with his translation app. We also used ours. His driving was excellent and he knew his way around so well. We went to a number of stops on this 10 hour tour and we passed by several other landmarks. The sights were amazing! We would highly recommend him and this tour!!

Ori-san was just what we needed- she was very professional, she took us to amazing places, even took us to one extra stop when we had some leftover time. She was the perfect tour guide, and we had an amazing day.

The tour provides beautiful views of mountain peaks and valleys, alpine lakes, coastal promentories, and sulphuric hot springs. Driver Orie was very good and quite knowledgeable of local site. Tour was very exciting!

The driver/ guide was very professional, informative, obliging, competent, friendly and charming. It was a great day out and we saw everything we wanted to see.
