I have used car services in airports throughout the world, and this one is easily one of the best. Actually probably the best in the US. I used this service for airport transfer from IAH to the Hotel ZaZa in the museum district in Houston. Driver texted me day of or day before with where he would be at IAH -- in baggage claim with my name on a sign (some sort of digital sign it ended up being -- better than an iPad). We went to the baggage claim carousel, waited for my bags, and then he took it from there, taking my bags to the car, which was a nearly brand new Suburban in spotless condition. There was bottled water in the car for me, too. The driver, Avelardo, was friendly, drove safely, and just an all-around stand-up person. I had a great conversation with him, but he mentioned that he has clients that prefer not to talk at all, and that would have been ok too. The kicker is that on the way back to IAH from my hotel, I was going back and forth with whether to use this service again or just call an Uber. I decided just to call an Uber. Worse driver, worse car, and MORE expensive than if I had used this service. Lesson learned -- I'll only be using these guys in the future for all my Houston travel.

Excellent service from IAH to Katy, TX. Easy to book online. Driver was waiting for me when arrived at IAH even though my flight was more than an hour late. Very comfortable vehicle and courteous, safe and professional driver. Also great, quick-responding customer service team when I contacted them to let them know my flight was late. A great service, would definitely book again.

Chose this company because of the great reviews on TripAdvisor, and the reviews were totally right! Fernando was my driver for pick-up from IAH. My flight was early and I only had hand luggage but he was still waiting for me when I exited arrivals. He also sent me an SMS to let me know he'd arrived and where he'd be. A great driver, safe and skilled in avoiding Friday afternoon traffic. Great conversation and lots of good info about Houston too. My driver for my return trip was also fantastic and I'm sorry I didn't get his name. He was 10 minutes early which was fantastic. A very safe driver, professional and great conversation if you want to chat. A really great reliable service. A little bit expensive maybe, but worth it to have the reliability and good service. Will definitely use again.

I have been using Majestic Limousine Services for over 2 years for all of my trips to and from the airport. I travel for work at least twice a month and have never been disappointed with them. I used them to pick up a guest at IAH. They were easy to book online, then at the airport as scheduled. They were then able to wait for him as he was held up at customers. Great customer service and constant contact, so I would definitely use them again.
