Driving left without picking us up. No communication; email, phone call, text. Landed 0830 and called at 10am. Web site stated minimum wait time 3 hours with no charge. Was told they only wait 45 minutes and releases driver.

As discussed if you can please provide through any written confirmation or advertisement of the 3hr wait time period so we can raise this directly with Trip Advisor as this is incorrect, which we don't want anyone else experiencing the same situtation. I will be requesting Tripadvisor to cancel your transfer so they can process through a full refund, please reach out to them directly to confirm. They weren’t there when we landed. We spent an hour trying to figure out how to make International phone calls etc and the driver finally showed up.
