Charged my card. Did not show up to the airport. Did not answer my call or any other call prior to and after my reservation time.

We book thru SAS VIP, arrival pick up was seemsless. Our driver Antonio was really good, friendly and welcoming. We booked another transfer with them next day and went seemsless. On the return transfer request their behaviour was very very un-professional. They offered a discounted rate to re-book with them which I did, for 2 days they stopped responding to calls and messages to confirm my departure airport transfer, and after multiple follow-ups they responded back asking for more money for the return transfer. When questioned why has the price changed their answer was "since you are now staying at a top luxury hotel the transfer from the hotel concierge would be much more so SAS would still offer a discounted rate against the one they had offered earlier". Did not acknowlegde of any confirmation earlier, I even requested them to atleast charge me the same cost what they had charged on arrival and was simply told to accept the higher price or go elsewhere I had not choice last minute being with family and agreed to pay them the higher amount they asked. On their website they say they are 40+ yrs in this business, the driver told us they are fairly new in the business no more than 2 yrs old Left a very bad taste, being in the travel industry myself will also give a feedback about them to Visit Bahamas sales team in the UK. Locals in the Bahamas are so nice but sad to say SAS VIP Staff cannot be TRUSTED at all.

This was an excellent transportation experience. Firstly, I was greeted by a well-groomed chauffeur. I enjoyed the high ceiling, so I stood comfortably in the limousine, even though my heels were very high. The ride was comfortable and smooth. The ambiance was perfect: television, lighting, glass of wine. It was truly a VIP transportation service. Highest recommendation
