It was a smooth response. He was a pleasant driver. Point deduction was that it took a little time to arrange the car. Later, it would have been nice to have provided water in the car.
Instructions were shared prior to our arrival. At arrival we met with our service operator at gate #3, waited for 10-15 minutes. The van arrived and we were transported to our destination. Service, cleanliness, and timing were as described. The van was festive and our driver was great.
Easy process to get from the airport to our hotel! You’re provided with a counter to visit near the arrivals area of the airport and they give you the car number to look for. Had a bit of trouble actually finding the driver due to traffic but the counter attendant was able to help us eventually find him. Actual trip to the hotel was very smooth as well
I am so happy with this transfer service! The representative was exactly where they said they’d be and it wasn’t an issue with our flight being slightly delayed. The van was spacious and air conditioned. An amazing way to start our trip! 10/10 recommend

Great value for the price... easy to order. The instructions to get to the area was fairly simple once you navigate through the large airport.Our plane was delayed 30 minutes and they were waiting with no problem. We had a family of 6 The vehicle fit all six of us and our luggage very comfortably. Only thing that would have made it better would have been if they offered us cold water. Because it was extremely hot outside. and if possibly, there was a driver that could speak some English. other than that, it was okay.
Having a van available and knowing what price you pay is very reassuring. It really takes the pressure of trying to find transportation for 6 people and luggage. The van was very comfortable and clean. The driver drove safely and obviously knew what he was doing.

Amazing transportation service we did all our airport trips with this company. We used them four times and all drivers were great and nice luxury vans!!! Definitely recommend!!! When I come back to Thailand I will definitely be using this company.

Omg!!!! The drivers were so friendly helped us with our bags and was always consistently on time we used them 4 times and all them were break for airport runs. Highly recommend
