Driver did not show up, I had to get a taxi. Contacted provider and have had no response or refund. Would not recommend.
Dear Ms Suzana acctually I am get last minutes info from my driver he getting issue with his car so we replace with new driver but driver also didn't find you as the team also try chat you and there is no any responding also But for this issues no worrywill do the refund Thanks
Do not use this driver. We got through customs and walked the line for the driver services. Ours was not there. All others had their passenger names on signs. We checked for ours and spoke to other services to help us locate our. We went to the information desk and they paged the driver and service several times and no one showed up. The desk then phoned their contact number and it was out of service. I contacted Viator immediately at the airport and asked for a refund because we had to take another service. They stated, after their investigation they could not refund us. What investigation? Talk to the driver? I won’t use Viator again.
