Konjic est une ville et une municipalité situées dans le canton d'Herzégovine-Neretva de la Fédération de Bosnie-Herzégovine, une entité de la Bosnie-Herzégovine. Il est situé dans le nord de l'Herzégovine, à environ 60 kilomètres (37 mi) au sud-ouest de Sarajevo. C'est une zone montagneuse et très boisée, à 268 m (879 pi) au-dessus du niveau de la mer. La municipalité s'étend des deux côtés de la rivière Neretva. En 2013, elle comptait 26 381 habitants. La ville est l'une des plus anciennes colonies permanentes de Bosnie-Herzégovine, datant de près de 4000 ans; la ville dans son incarnation actuelle apparaissant comme une ville importante à la fin du 14ème siècle. Konjička Stara Ćuprija (Stara Ćuprija = anglais: Old Bridge) a été construit entre 1682 et 1683 par Ali-aga Hasečić (comme le montre une plaque de pierre au centre du pont). Il a été construit sur six arches en pierre légèrement pointues. Il s'agit du pont ottoman le mieux conservé de Bosnie-Herzégovine. Les arches ont été détruites par l'armée allemande en retraite en mars 1945. Le pont a été reconstruit dans son état d'origine entre 2003 et 2009. Le pont est maintenant proclamé monument national de Bosnie-Herzégovine.

la buna est une rivière courte en bosnie-herzégovine; c'est un affluent rive gauche de la neretva. sa source (vrelo bune), une puissante source karstique, se trouve près du village de blagaj, au sud-est de mostar. en fait, il est surtout connu par la célèbre source de buna (vrelo bune), l'une des sources les plus fortes d'Europe et d'eau extrêmement froide. la buna coule vers l'ouest sur environ 9 km, commence à blagaj et serpente à travers les villages blagaj, kosor, malo polje, hodbina et rejoint la neretva à buna. la rivière bunica est le principal affluent de la rive gauche de la buna.

Avoid at all costs. No communication until less than 48 hours before departure, despite several messages that went unanswered. Then, at the last minute, we were asked to pay an additional €120 for a private tour due to a lack of participants, under threat of having our transfer canceled. True blackmail, leaving us with no solution to reach Kotor. The Viator team was absolutely no help: after falsely reassuring us at first, they finally left us with no solution at all. Forced to accept, we paid the supplement. Fortunately, the guide who accompanied us, Denisa, was lovely, very professional, and helpful. She was the only positive point of this experience.

We also suggested alternative tour agencies. Unfortunately, those options did not meet your budget. Regrettably, we could not operate the tour at a loss, as this is simply not sustainable for any business. You were under no obligation to accept the private option and always had the choice to cancel your booking and receive a full refund. Thank you once again for your feedback. I was interested in booking a tour and submitted an inquiry via their online form on 4/7. I received an automated confirmation, but no one ever followed up. Even after a second inquiry on 4/8, BosnianVoyager failed to respond, so I made other arrangements. I’m giving 2 stars because of the complete lack of communication. I would be very leery of booking or making payments directly through their website if they aren't responsive to basic inquiries.
I booked the Transfer from Sarajevo to Kotor + Herzegovina Tour on Wednesday, 25th February 2026 at 08:00, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. Traveling from Sarajevo to Kotor became so much more than just a transfer — it was a full-day cultural and scenic experience through the breathtaking region of Herzegovina. The journey was perfectly paced, combining comfort, fascinating history, and stunning landscapes. Each stop along the way offered something unique — from picturesque scenery to cultural insights. My driver/guide was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, sharing stories and historical context that made the entire journey engaging and meaningful. The vehicle was comfortable, and everything was organized smoothly, making the long-distance travel feel relaxed and enjoyable. Arriving in Kotor after such an enriching day felt like the perfect transition into the next chapter of the trip. I highly recommend this tour to anyone traveling between Sarajevo and Kotor — it’s not just a transfer, it’s an unforgettable experience through one of the most beautiful regions in the Balkans.
I had a really great day with Denisa and Mirza. They were consummate hosts and shared lots of historical and cultural information. Loved the various excursions, in particular Mostar and the cave, and made it Kotor efficiently and safely. This is a terrific way to cover a lot of ground while still seeing a bunch of sites in Herzegovina.
We would really recommend this tour from Sarajevo to Kotor. We stopped in Mostar but also some less famous but really beautiful and interesting places in Bosnia. Our guide, Ensar, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also stopped when we needed for breaks and to buy snacks and dropped us our hotel in Kotor! An enjoyable and memorable day!
Our "Transfer from Sarajevo to Kotor + Herzegovina tour" was largely a fantastic experience, thanks to our driver, Kamal. He truly provided excellent service and demonstrated superb driving skills throughout the journey. Kamal was incredibly flexible and friendly, making our long transfer much more enjoyable. He was accommodating to our needs and created a very pleasant atmosphere in the car. The reasons I've rated this tour 4 stars instead of 5 are due to two issues. Firstly, there was a miscommunication between Viator and the tour operator company. I was under the impression my order was fully confirmed, and it wasn't clear that a third party was involved in fulfilling the booking. This led to some confusion and ultimately resulted in me paying an additional €35, which was an unexpected and unwelcome surprise. Secondly, and more concerning from a safety perspective, the driver was observed texting while driving on several occasions. While Kamal's driving skills were otherwise excellent, this practice is a significant safety concern.

Very beautiful trip, passing by places of amazing beauty. Kemal was a caring guide. Very well worth it. Bosnia is a little explored destination. Sarajevo is a charming city and the best way to follow to Montenegro is through this tour.

He shared just enough info about each of our stops to make it interesting but not so much that it felt like a school lesson.
