Traditions chypriotes et aventures de l'âne
Description
Les visiteurs ont l'occasion de voir comment sont fabriqués le fromage chypriote traditionnel, le halloumi et la tarte aux olives, suivis d'une visite de la ferme pour voir l'un des plus anciens oliviers de la Méditerranée et en apprendre davantage sur l'histoire et les caractéristiques des ânes. La visite se termine par une dégustation des produits de la ferme, notamment du lait d'ânesse et des produits de soin, ainsi que de l'huile d'olive biologique. La dernière partie de l'excursion comprend un repas, beaucoup de vin et des divertissements animés avec des danses et de la musique chypriotes.

• Arrivée à la ferme des « Ânes d'Or » à 17h00 • Nous commencerons par le live show Halloumi. Notre chef vous montrera tout le processus de fabrication de ce fromage traditionnel • Entre le début et la fin du processus de fabrication du fromage, nous préparerons du pain aux olives traditionnel 30-40 min (pendant la master class, dessin pour les enfants) • Visite de la ferme 30 minutes. Les touristes pourront voir un musée de cire, une maison chypriote traditionnelle, nos volailles, nos chèvres et bien sûr nos ânes. • Petite balade à dos d'âne (10 min) • Dégustation de produits fermiers et produits au lait d'ânesse 30 minutes • Dîner à 19h00 Buffet Traditionnel (Apéritifs, salades, boulgour, pâtes et fromage du village, pommes de terre au four à l'origan et à l'huile d'olive, agneau, porc, poulet, vin, eau, jus pour enfants) • Soirée chypriote à 19h30. Programme de danse avec des danses traditionnelles chypriotes • 20h30-21h00 Départ

Veuillez noter que le ti,e de départ et l'heure de prise en charge ne sont pas les mêmes. Le ramassage commence à 15h00 à Protaras, 15h20 à Ayia Napa et 15h45 à Larnaca. La prise en charge à Limassol est sur demande. Vous serez informé 1-2 jours avant l'activité sur l'heure exacte de ramassage. Le point de rendez-vous à distance de marche peut être assigné.

So authentic and fun! You can see the passion of the owners and the pride they take in their work. A must see!
This was an absolutely fantastic tour packed with history, activities, food, entertainment, and, of course, donkeys. I enjoyed trying the different donkey milk products and hanging out with the donkeys. They're such friendly and adorable creatures. In the evening, there was a delicious buffet topped with dancing, music, and traditional Greek Cypriot entertainment. Had an absolutely brilliant time! I highly recommend this tour and would do it again myself!
This is one of those activities that delivers far more than you can imagine. Not only are the owner and staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable, but they help create a real party atmosphere (even though you learn a lot about donkeys and olive oil creation, as well as making Halloumi and Olive Pies) for your enjoyment. You will be surrounded by fellow guests from at least a dozen countries, and you will all dance as one (and shout “Opa” many, many times. The donkey milk products you will sample are fantastic. The homemade Halloumi is a real joy of deliciousness. The dinner and entertainment will leave you far more than satisfied. You will leave this place with a smile on your face and a song on your lips. Be sure to take a donkey ride to earn your “International Donkey Driving License “.

This experience absolutely exceeded all expectations and was the highlight of our holiday! Meeting point was given in advance and transport was already there waiting by the time we arrived. Good communication from tour provider following booking. Experience was fantastic, all activities listed in description took place. Food and drink was all you can eat/drink while you were there. Entertainment of dancing and singing was the best bit! Be prepared to get fully involved! I was travelling with a disabled companion and all the staff went above and beyond to make sure she was included throughout. Looking forward to coming again in the future!
