Enriching visit to the San Pedro market located very close to the class location. Ronal explains well how to organize ourselves to prepare the chosen dishes. The kitchen is very pleasant and clean.

Sensational. Worth the experience. To begin with, we went to the market to buy the ingredients and Ronal presented the variety of fruits, vegetables, etc. that are part of Peruvian cuisine. Then, in the preparation, he shows the techniques and explains the reasons for each dish and its ingredients. The four hours passed quickly.
We loved this tour. We had the opportunity to visit a market and this was probably our favorite part. We got to experience the different cheeses and fruits that Cusco offers. The cooking class was also excellent the chef was entertaining and knowledgeable. Our dishes were delicious and the entire experience was so much fun.

Ronal was a wonderful host and even honored the booking after another group cancelled and I was left solo. The trip to the markets, especially the one frequented by the locals, was a very welcome experience.

This cooking class was way above our expectations. The local market tour was excellent. It was so great having someone local to help us try different breads, cheeses, and fruits and show us around the market. Picking out our produce before heading back to cook was a highlight. The meals all turned out absolutely excellent thanks to the guidance of our chef, Ronal and his assistant. The time was perfect and we left absolutely in love with our creations. Everyone should take this class!
